REFUND POLICY

Made with love, our products are artisanal and handcrafted. There might be slight variations and natural changes in colour, flavour, or texture depending on the weather. These are not recipe faults but an inherent part of the manufacturing process.

We neither accept returns, nor do we offer exchanges due to the high costs of manufacturing and shipping. 

We may offer refunds under extremely limited and/or special circumstances. 

Products available on sale are not eligible for refund, only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds, if applicable. 

We may only offer refunds within 10 days of your purchase for your first try of a flavour/product. Our refund policy is limited to the max rupee amount of a 12-pack/500g of product and one purchase per person.

If your order is damaged in transit, or the product does not match your order, you must email your concern with the order number and photos of the issue within two hours of receipt. Please call/WhatsApp at +91-820-854-1491, or email us at sales@fourmet.co with information about your order. If your package was damaged, please include a photo of your damaged product. We appreciate a video highlighting your concern with the order, if possible. 

Fourmet reserves the right to refuse any refund where the aforementioned conditions are not met. 

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, you must email your concern with the order number and photos of the issue within two hours of placing the orders online.

Requests for cancellation will not be entertained after dispatch and tracking details are shared.
